M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park has donated £500 to local Renfrewshire charity, Roar, to support its community wide initiatives.
The organisation is delivering entertainment and attractions for this year’s Paisley’s Christmas and provided the funding as part of required community benefits.
Headquartered in Johnstone, the charity hosts a network of clubs for people aged 65 and over to support independent living and encourage positive wellbeing.
Jensen Connelly Taylor, Director, M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park said: “Roar plays such a vital role within the Renfrewshire community and its network of clubs provide a real lifeline for many older people. We’re delighted to lend our support.”
